MINDFULNESS COURSES
Join our regular 6-week Mindfulness-Based Resilience courses starting most months. The courses are designed to help you transform the way that you think, feel and act in the face of everyday or significant challenges.
RETREATS
There are regular retreats in Bromley, West Malling in Kent and occasionally at other locations where you can learn carefully selected mood boosting, relaxation and stress management exercises and meditations. You will also learn key information and get practical guidance.
WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASSES
Our regular weekly meditation classes will help you to learn, maintain and build your key practices. You can also meet the other students and experience the power of group meditation.
MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS

OUR COMMUNITY
At the heart of Bromley Mindfulness is our community of teachers, associates and students. In addition to the classes and courses, we also have formal and informal social events.
